Minimalist Desserts are usually found in fancy (pretentious) European Restaurants.

This was my take on a classical dessert with a modern twist. Pretty much every old school French chef would like to chop my head off for flavouring my Creme Brulee with passion fruit puree. Oh well.

Basically it's a Passion Fruit Muille Fuille Brulee.
Layers of sugared phyllo and passion fruit creme brulee with vanilla ice cream, mint and an isomalt garnish on top.

That just screams awesomeness. You've really gotten good at making fancy desserts. Do you get to eat them afterwards or does somebody else eat them to judge them or something?
